We are currently recruiting for an E-Business Marketing Strategist.  Candidates will be evaluated based on education, training and experience in accordance with the qualifications listed for each position level below.

 

 

Responsibilities

The E-Business Marketing Strategist is responsible for creating strategies that leverage the Web to meet business objectives and will assist in activities that drive offline and online marketing initiatives. Outstanding knowledge of Web strategy, design and usability, as well as project management skills, are required to succeed in this position. This is not a technical position, although technical competency and knowledge will be helpful. SCANA?s Web development efforts are implemented with cross-functional teams, so this individual will collaborate with and influence teams (i.e. customer service, IT, marketing) while representing the customer voice and supporting branding strategies executed through online media.  As a strategic position, the job will also include executing web functionality and interactive programs including email campaigns that support key marketing and customer service objectives.

 

Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have at least five years? experience including experience in an interactive agency or corporate environment developing Web strategy and/or direct marketing activities involving drive-to-web or digital media. This position also requires a Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field and demonstrated experience managing the creation and use of Web applications and an understanding of or exposure to Web technologies (HTML, ASP, SQL, CSS, etc.). Demonstrated knowledge of e-mail marketing/communications is also required.
