SEA_Marketing Analysis Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing, NAHQ, conducts analysis and reports on NAHQ marketing activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPerform marketing campaign and investment analysis for all Online advertising, CRM and website related activitiesConduct in-depth analysis of larger campaignsDefine and implement routine reports (weekly / monthly ) for marketing campaignsProvide detailed monthly and quarterly results overviews to managementProvide recommendations on ways to improve marketing efficiency and effectivenessConduct analysis and segmentation of CRM database to identify key target segments and best communication strategies to these segmentsStay abreast of current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and tools/techniquesProvide thought - leadership in measurement and analysis to NAHQ Strategic Marketing group
REQUIRED BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, finance or related business discipline. Minimum 3 years relevant marketing analysis experience including: Clickstream analysis (using tools such as Webside Story or Webtrends)Direct marketing campaign analysis (for both DM and email campaigns)Test designs for marketing communicationsSearch engine marketingOnline banner campaignsStrong proficiency with Microsoft ExcelProficiency with Microsoft Word PowerPoint
