SEM/SEO Sales, Interactive New Business Development

TMP Directional Marketing, (TMP DM) LLC http://www.tmpdm.com  is a progressive and rapidly expanding Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Local Search Interactive agency; as well as the leading print and online Yellow Pages advertising agency in the world. 

We are seeking highly experienced, motivated and pro-active Interactive New Business Development Directors.  In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new corporate level Interactive sales opportunities.  After a sale has been made, you will coordinate the transition of new accounts to the Client Services department.

Responsibilities:

?  Identify and pursue new corporate-level Interactive sales opportunities, and meet quarterly quotas.

?  Communicate the business value of Interactive products and services to potential clients, as well as key stakeholders.

?  Utilize salesforce.com to record and manage all activities

?  Coordinate transition of new accounts to Client Services department, which will handle renewals and day-to-day management issues

?  Work with various departments within Directional Marketing to monitor and build pipeline opportunities and  product sales

?  Report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Interactive Sales Manager

?  Conduct both internal and external fact finding research to better understand client advertising goals and decrease reliance on the Marketing Department when putting together sales pitches

?  Possess a detailed understanding of Interactive products and services to reduce dependence on Product Specialists during sales pitches

?  Other duties and projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

?  Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university. Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.

?  In-depth understanding of Interactive Media, Search Engine Marketing, and related technology platforms.

?  5 years of progressive industry sales experience, with an excellent track record with sales relationships and exceeding quota goals

?  Ability to strategically develop opportunities for prospects and clients, and negotiate and close sales

?  Excellent verbal, written, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills

?  Experience with MS Office
