We need to work to not only look for new sources of profit and customer value, but also to retain our current profit pools and customers. We need to use new ways to touch our most valuable customers to deliver compelling value propositions including price, communications, support and experiences to be more relevent to them and their businesses.

Job Description:
The SMB MVC program manager focuses on developing strategies to deliver more value to most valuable customers in this segment. By working with region program managers, they ensure region programs are aligned to the WW strategy and delivering to goals. They set the long term SMB MVC strategy and roadmap to look for innovative programs and approaches for interacting with SMB MVCs as well as new capabilities and infrastructure that HP needs to retain and grow these customers.
The Program Manager is responsible for maximizing brand loyalty, equity, revenue growth and profitability for MVCs. Success hinges on understanding user behavior, needs and motivations, developing user relevant win-win solutions, and developing and implementing marketing programs and platforms that will deliver higher brand awareness and market share.
They develop and marketing plans with regions and/or programs for products, solutions, services and customer and/or partner segments. They participate with key partners such sales organizations, channel partners, support and services, e-business organizations, IT and operations and product marketing to identify and qualify MVCs and MVC value propositions to ensure ROI of MVC marketing programs. They supply technical understanding and domain expertise in customer retention and loyalty to support new MVC programs through analytics, loyalty and rewards programs, touchpoints and other capabilities. They look to new tools and touchpoints (Internet, software, services, etc.) for new ways to interact with customers.
This role will also cover other commercial segments (enterprise, corporate and public sector) as requested and link into programs and internal HP infrastructure need. for the commercial segment.
The focus of this position is on direct interactions with SMB MVCs whether the customer purchases direct from HP or through a reseller.
Your profile:
Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing or non-business/technical field of study. MBA preferred or comparable years of experience.
Experience working with senior management and managing cross-functional and virtual teams.
Flair for innovative customer solutions and understanding the cusotmer lifecycle and experience.
Skills include negotiation, communication, ability to influence others, risk taker, problem solver, and project mgmt skills
Fluency in English and local language
Direct experience in CRM and loyalty/rewards programs
Strong analytical and measurement skills
