Sales Administrator/Assistant

We are on the move and seeking a highly detailed oriented Sales Administrator/Assistant to join our corporate team located in Canton, MA.

 

Key Responsibilities:Support an Executive Team of 3 peopleManage customer database, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales reportsDevelop and assemble proposals and contractsCoordinate travel arrangements, marketing and trade show eventsGather and sort data to ensure compliance Interact with sales team and coordinate communicationsHelp manage, support and create marketing effortsPrepare presentations for executive team

 

Required skills and experience:

 2-3 years of experience in a support function within a sales and or marketing environmentAbility to work independently, multi-task, manage completing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, environmentDemonstrated proficiency with ACT! Contact Manager, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointComfortable, confident and effective on the phoneDemonstrated ability to deliver quality work product on time and with accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in the planning, coordination and execution of travel arrangements and trade show logisticsOutstanding attention to detail and strong follow-through skillsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsMinimum of a Associates Degree is required or working toward a degree
