Sales Assistant

We currently have an opening for as Sales Assistant in our New York office.  The Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support to the SVP, Advertiser/Agency Sales and a team of Account Executives.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

? Assist account service and sales representatives with client reports

? Provide administrative support to the SVP, Advertiser/Agency Sales

? Prepare weekly sales reports using Excel

? Help create sales support material and presentations

? Provide general administrative support for Account Executives

 

Education and Work Experience, and Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree required; undergraduate degree in Advertising or Marketing a plus

? Minimum of one year working in an advertising/advertiser or marketing position

? Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills

? Proficiency in MS Office including extensive experience using Excel and PowerPoint is required

? Ability to work and set priorities  in a fast paced, team-oriented environment

? Familiarity with TNS MI products preferred
