Sales Assistant - Marketing

VNU Business Media has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced, creative and hardworking person to join our Sales team!

 

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide critical support to the Associate Publisher and NY/LA Sales efforts. This position plays a key role in the communication and overall coordination of all sales and marketing activities. The Sales Assistant acts as the primary liaison between internal departments and external clients by providing valuable support in an efficient, timely manner.

 

 

Job RequirementsFollow ? up prospects with media-kits, rates, production schedules and daily trafficking of IOs, RFPs for BB and BB.comResponsible for roll-ups of itineraries, forecasts, PayDay reports and pipeline updates.Provide administrative support for entire National staff including but not limited to creating and distribution media kits, distributing issuesPrimary liaison with Information Marketing, production and marketing teams for immediate turn-around on agency/client requests.Maintenance of online campaign deliveryRespond to e-mail and phone queries for various departmental issues

 

 

QualificationsBachelor?s degreeProficient in Excel, Word and PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate strong ability to multi-task, strategic thinking and problem solving skillsStrong quantitative and analytical skills
