Sales Support Representative

General Description

Responsible for managing and providing operational support to empower the Sales Team.

Create and sustain an operating environment that maximizes sales force productivity, via delivery of responsive information, real-time problem resolution, and pro-active improvement of the sales processes and selling tools.

Assist and coordinate sales activities with both Sales and New Business Development Teams.

Assist with development and design of solutions to issues as related to customer ARS requirements.

Work closely with Sales Team daily on prospective clients, leads, and scheduling client visits.

Provide clients with up to date information on ARS as well as facility tours to better orientate through demonstration of Intechra's processes and philosophies.

Assist Director, Sales Operations with various tasks to better support clients needs.

Act as liaison to clients between various departments throughout the processing of their assets.

Organize and manage inventory and distribution of marketing material.

Assist with development, implementation and tracking of inside sales goals and tools.

Meet goals set by New Business Development / Sales Operations on prospective clients via phone calls and / or mail solicitation.

Answer and assist all inbound calls as related to Sales & Service, as well as forward all leads to SVP Business Development and his agents.

Provide technical and administrative information and quoting of prices.

Coordinate and manage processes with LSP when services are required, on clients? behalf as well as tracking of the same.

Provide weekly updates via P & A reports to Director, Sales Operations.

Know and understand individual customer contracts and implementation of the same as it applies to Sales & Service.

Support and assist other members of Sales & Service Support Specialists Team and maintain thriving team relationship.

Communicate to all Intechra team members on departmental needs, functions, trends, etc. as needed to keep an open line of communication

Be able and willing to evolve as the ARS business, Intechra, and the department are all ever evolving.

Must be a team player.
