Come join Smooth Solutions, the largest laser hair removal company in Texas, as the Company Sales & Marketing Director. Smooth Solutions has been providing quality laser hair removal in a retail setting since 1997. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service as we continue to grow.

The Sales & Marketing Director will work as an advisor to the General Partner, and will develop and supervise a small team. Some travel will be required. We offer excellent benefits for the employee and a compensation plan with quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities:
? Lead Marketing Department and overall sales effort
? Manage Sales & Marketing at multiple centers throughout Texas and upcoming franchising initiative
? Implement Sales & Marketing strategies, which will increase Company revenue and facilitate new centers
? Evaluate all media options to create and promote ideas for advertising (TV, Radio, etc.)
? Coordinate and supervise media visits and interviewing
? Generate reports to Company overall income/cash performance, call center volume, etc.
? Recommend expansion sites based on comparative demographic data
? Write and revise the Company Marketing Plan regularly
? Create ideas and concepts for developing advertising
? Distribute and communicate monthly promotion plan with each center
? Monitor customer service surveys on a quarterly basis

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of proven Marketing, creative writing, and personal relationship skills
- Minimum 10 years of management experience
