Operating in 14 countries and with over 800 employees, nearly 60% of all waterjet systems sold in the world are made by Flow.? Our UPH technology is used for pure and abrasive waterjet cutting and surface preparation applications.? We currently have an opening in Kent, WA for a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

The Sales and Marketing Assistant will be responsible for responding to and qualifying in-bound sales prospect inquires, conducting new installation customer satisfaction surveys and other direct marketing, promotional, and follow-up activities as assigned and managing a sales agent program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:? providing assistance with customer follow up to trade shows, promotional items and advertising, etc.; assisting with Direct Marketing Campaigns; assisting in the administration and maintenance of Flow?s contact management database (Goldmine); maintaining an inventory of literature; assisting with the administration of trade show details; some minor clerical duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have an AA degree in Marketing and/or Sales or equivalent of experience and training; minimum of two years experience in direct sales or marketing; intermediate experience using Windows, Word, Excel, Access and relational database software (Goldmine preferred); good phone presence with the ability to handle high volume phone calls both inbound and outbound.? This position requires strong organization skills to facilitate working on multiple projects with frequent interruptions; ability to work effectively in a changing environment with a variety of personality types; ability to work independently and function effectively in a team environment; excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
