Spectrum is now offering positions at the entry level for sales and marketing. We are currently seeking consultants to work with two leading communications firms throughout metro Charlotte. We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are seeking candidates with the desire to expand with us. Our current clients have allowed us to extend our services into the field of retail marketing and consulting. With this new way of marketing, we are able to not only acquire thousands of new customers for our client, but also earn our customers' long-term loyalty by delivering more than promised with honesty and integrity.

We are looking for several individuals that can be cross-trained in all areas of our business including: inside sales, marketing, one-on-one consulting, exceptional customer service, office management and campaign management. This job involves face to face sales of services to new prospects. We expect a deep personal commitment from all of our employees and in turn reward them not only financially, but with advancement within the organization as well.
