Search Engine Marketing Coordinator

TMP Directional Marketing, (TMP DM) LLC http://www.tmpdm.com  is a progressive and rapidly expanding Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Local Search Interactive agency; as well as the leading print and online Yellow Pages advertising agency in the world.We are seeking highly experienced, motivated and pro-active Search Engine Marketing Coordinator.  PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns for top agency clients, across multiple search engines.

  Work with SEM Managers and Directors on paid search campaign implementation.

  Work with third party search marketing tools to develop keyword research and competitive research.

  Develop weekly and monthly SEM campaign performance reports.

  Develop and maintain campaign deliverable schedules.

  Research competitive landscape, and stay on top of industry trends and news.

  Write copy for paid search media campaign ads.

  Work with SEM managers on analyzing campaign performance results, and creating campaign optimization strategies.

  Assist SEM Managers and Director with additional projects as needed.

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIRED

  Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.

  1-2 years work experience (advertising agency, or search engine marketing experience preferred.)

  Must be detail oriented.

  Ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects at once.

  Ability to work in a team environment.

  Strong execution and implementation skills.

  Advanced Excel skills required.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  Knowledge of organic Search Engine Optimization a plus.WORK ENVIRONMENT 

  Ability to travel as needed

  Ability to sit for long periods of time.

  Ability to utilize phone and computer unassisted.

  Ability to work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
