Search Marketing Analyst

Overview:

This person will be responsible for paid search (P4P/PPC) campaigns via a third-party paid search campaign management tool.

Responsibilities:

? Manage all aspects of the set-up and launch of paid search (P4P/PPC) campaigns via a third-party paid search campaign management tool
? Monitor paid search campaigns on a day-to-day basis and identify areas for improvement and growth
? Set-up automated bid management rules via the third-party campaign management interface and supplement with manual checks and balances to ensure that performance is line with defined ROI goals


Qualifications:

? Bachelors Degree
? 1-3 years experience
? Understanding of the overall online media and advertising process
? Prior paid search marketing experience preferred
? Good understanding of the major search engine interfaces (Google, Yahoo Search, MSN Ad Center)
? Good understanding of paid search campaign management tools such as DART Search, Atlas Search, etc.
? Good understanding of the variables and terminology associated with paid search campaign management (budget management, titles and descriptions, match type options etc.)
? Good understanding of the key metrics (CPC. Avg. Position, CPA, ROI) associated with the measurement of paid search activity
? Good basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
? Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
