We are seeking an extraordinarily qualified individual to assist our Interactive Marketing Managers with paid search and affiliate marketing in our Livonia, Michigan headquarters. Responsibilities:


-Assist in the development of Quicken Loans paid search and affiliate programs

-Collaborates with Marketing Manager to develop reporting necessary to track and improve partner performance metrics

-Provide Marketing Manager the actionable intelligence needed to manage growth across all business partners

-Assist in the creation of new banner and text advertising for search and affiliate marketing

-Work with leading sites and third party applications to grow Quicken Loans search term list

-Assist in tracking and processing partner invoices, insertion orders, and terms and conditions



Requirements:

-A Junior/Senior (Graduating December 2006 through August 2007) currently pursuing a BA in marketing or communications/public relations

-Requires a 3.0 GPA or higher



Skills/Abilities:


-Expected Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience service, marketing or project management, accounting

-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with a variety of cross functional teams

-Outgoing, self-motivated problem solver

-Expertise with Microsoft Excel is required and will be tested

-Proficiency with Microsoft Access is helpful but not required
