Experienced Phone Sales Representative, Generate Appointments / Administrative / Generalist

Company Introduction: ICC has an exciting sales/support position open utilizing patented infrared technology to perform aerial moisture surveys for major building facilities.

 

Existing 50+ government clients include universities such as FSU, FAMU, UF, UWF, county/city governments such as Orange County, Broward County, and Hillsborough County and public school districts such as Broward, Washington D.C. and airports such as Orlando, Atlanta and Houston and major corporations such as Universal Studios and Bank of America.  Setting appointments to educate buyers on the value of seeing INSIDE their roof, UNDERNEATH the roof membrane with x-ray like vision, is relatively easy for this unique service.

 

Clients using the service report it helps them reduce the scope of roof replacements by clearly identifying necessary repair areas, finding and fixing leaks the first time and holding contractors accountable for delivering a dry roof.  Clients often perform baseline, system-wide (25-75 building roofs) once a year, year after year.

 

ICC works throughout the U.S. with clients. ICC flies our technical personnel by commercial carrier to these areas, rents local helicopters to collect the data and perform the surveys and then we create the extraordinary Infrared2k report using our patented process and proprietary computer software. A confidentiality and non-compete agreement will be a prerequisite to representing this patented process with this high tech company.

Job Description: Responsibilities: generating appointments by referral, phone, E-mail,  etc., to drive appointments for outside sales persons, market research, E-mail communication, administrative, data base management, quote generation, sales/service related correspondence, and mission planning using Google Earth or similar. With 60+ high profile clients, national news articles and an impressive list of glowing references, setting appointments for potential clients to learn about the patented process is relatively easy.

Required Office Hours: 8:00A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (one hour lunch) Casual exciting environment

Skills Required: Experienced Inside Phone Appointment sales representative / Assertive telephone personality/confidence, attention to detail, typing 40 wpm and good organizational skills.

Skills that are not required but would be a real bonus: familiarity with ACT prospect manager, Web Site development and marketing, experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, digital photography or aerial photography.


Compensation: Expected annual compensation should be $ 45,000. ICC offers up to $28,000 base salary plus commission on personally generated appointments that result in business.
