Senior Account Director

COMPANY BACKGROUND:Schafer Condon Carter is a full-service integrated marketing agency with a commitment to building our Clients' brands and business through strong strategic leadership and compelling creative executions. Our Client portfolio includes consumer packaged goods, restaurant and foodservice business-to-business accounts. Our portfolio of consulting and business counsel services include go-to-market and channel strategies, research design and execution, marketing communications planning, metrics and our own proprietary Brand Ignition discipline. Our creative planning and execution services include broadcast, print, collateral, outdoor, direct, interactive, PR and event marketing. We seek an Agency professional to join our account team in a leadership role. This position will report directly to the Partner/Head of Account Service, and be instrumental in overseeing several key business-to-business Clients as well as new business development. Key Responsibilities: o Oversee Account Executive in the day-to-day responsibilities of several accounts. o Assist in the planning and presentation of new business in the foodservice arena. o Strategic planning and development of creative briefs. o Internal team development and leadership, as well as Client leadership. Key Qualifications:o 8-10 years plus of experience in foodservice, agency experience preferred. o Strong leadership and communication skills. o Ability to understand Clients' businesses, and translate their situation to actionable strategies. o Industry relations/partnerships. o Analytic abilities. o Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills essential.
