ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

? Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan.

? Assess potential business deals, conduct detailed prospect due diligence, negotiate favorable terms, and acquire prospect commitment.

? Construct smart business deals that foster long term, mutually beneficial relationships.

? Assist client service organization in implementation of media programs.

? Serve as an ongoing liaison between Company and a roster of clients and prospects.

? Regularly maintain and update sales forecast reports.

? Display a thorough understanding of target industries and their needs as well as Company's competitive advantages and solutions.

? Synthesize database analytics and compile industry specific reports for presentation to clients and prospects.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

? Proven track record of excelling in competitive environments.

? Bachelor's Degree

? 3-5 years online advertising experience required

? Proven track record of sales or business development success.

? Possess strong communication skills

? Self-motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and expectations.
