Senior Account Executive - Pharmaceutical

Harte-Hanks, a leading national Direct Marketing Agency in the Philadelphia area, is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical marketing professional. We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with five-ten years of pharmaceutical ad agency experience. This individual will provide project and relationship management support for the development of multi-channel HCP and patient solutions. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in client communication/ interfaces, requirements definition and project management. Responsibilities:

? Ability to interact with internal/external customers and vendors to understand on-going and new project requirements, and clearly articulate them in written form to technical and operations staff

? Develop a thorough understanding of all relevant project components and their interdependencies.

? Develop, document, and maintain project plans and schedules through interaction with prospects, clients, Marketing Operations, and other team members. Provide the communications interface to clients for system development projects.

? Complete all deliverables accurately, on time, and in a quality manner consistent with established project plans and established guidelines and standard operating procedures.

? Analyze and interpret response rates and offer recommendations


Successful candidates will need to meet the following basic job requirements:

? Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related field.

? Minimum five years of work experience in the management of client facing marketing projects

? Excellent written and oral communication skills.

? Well-organized and proficient at managing time and multiple project responsibilities.

? Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) is desired.

? Some travel will be required.
