Senior Account Supervisor

We?re a growing and fast-paced OC ad agency looking to add an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Supervisor to our team.  The position will manage a high-profile account. 

 

Qualifications:

 Strong strategy development skillsSound analytical abilitiesSolid knowledge of all aspects of marketing including direct marketing and e-marketing disciplinesExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

? Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm and motivate strategic thinking

? Proven management, leadership and team building abilities

? A minimum of five years experience as an account supervisor in an advertising agency setting

Responsibilities:

? Developing, presenting and executing marketing plans

? Developing creative briefs

? Executing sound, relevant direct marketing strategies

? Coordination with account team and internal departments

? Utilizing internal and external Agency resources to provide high impact solutions

? Analyzing results throughout the campaign and recommending and implementing course correction strategies

? Supervising, coaching and mentoring team to develop positive, productive relationships
