The Senior Client Manager is responsible for projects within his/her assigned key client relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget, profitable, high quality deliverables and client satisfaction. The Senior Client Manager provides strategic leadership in Landor?s project process. He/she sets the standard for seamless process management from project kick-off to completion.

 

The successful candidate will have demonstrated an ability to recognize, create, and deliver strategic and aesthetic solutions that solve clients? business issues. Strong communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills are critical to the Senior Client Manager?s success. He/she will have demonstrated the ability to build and develop client relationships by gaining the confidence of clients and colleagues while ensuring project details, process steps, billings and agreed-upon deliverables are organized and communicated effectively. Keen financial acumen demonstrated through the ability to manage budgets, profitability, and internal and external resources is required.

 

Candidates will likely have 5-8 years of brand management, package design management, or other client or agency experience in a consumer packaged goods environment. Familiarity with packaging and/or print design work is critical.  A bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, or communication, or a related field, is also required.
