Senior Conversion Analyst

Video Professor, the leader in computer learning tutorials in Lakewood, Colorado is looking for the ideal candidate who will act as a Senior Conversion Analyst and assists the e-commerce department in identifying conversion rate trends and developing conversion improvement ideas.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

1)  Conversion Idea Pool ? Assemble ideas that will be tested to improve conversion rate. This will require reviewing current campaigns and generating ideas/concepts to improve conversion rate. This pool of ideas will be turned into tests that we will get results from and be able to incrementally increase conversion rate.

2)  Creative Critique ? The E-commerce Department is constantly coming up with new creative to be run on various campaigns. The responsibility entails providing feedback on all creative that is sent to the Legal Department for approval. Coach and mentor project managers so that creative direction is given in an accurate and efficient manner.

3)  Affiliate Marketing ? Provide creative direction for affiliate marketing campaigns. Further develop and establish key benchmarks and goals for the e-mail marketing tactic.

4)  Vendor Conversion Rate Monitoring ? Evaluate vendor/partner performance on a daily basis to ensure that vendors are making the most possible gains in their marketing programs for Video Professor.

5)  Web Analytics Analysis ? Monitor Web analytics software and identify trends that can be capitalized on.

 

This highly successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, possess exceptional analytical skills, and have a results-driven personality.  A high school degree or equivalent is required and 1 year Internet marketing experience.
