This position is responsible for Independently process research data within client/TNS specifications ensuring both quality and timeliness. This requires a high confidence level of software needs in processing method and standards. Thoroughly document all projects and communicate with other departments as needed. This position has a direct impact on internal and external clients, meeting quality goals, timing deadlines, and providing the final deliverable to the external client.


This position requires independent and cooperative decision making, problem solving.



Essential Responsibilities: Independently create standard final client deliverables and provide documentation while ensuring quality and accuracy of product. Using cleaning software, validate accuracy and cleanliness of data. Attend and participate in kick-off meetings. Analyze tab specifications for validity, logic, and consistency. Provide expertise and technical support to marketing. Mentor Tab Programmer I personnel. Communicate with other departments as necessary. Provide support to other departments. Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to meet deadlines including occasional overtime as needed. Appropriate time management over the entire life of a project to avoid crisis deadlines. Process extremely complicated and advanced projects independently and proactively. Serve as a resource/mentor to Junior Tab Programmers. Participate in department committees/decision making on software/training, etc. Serve as a back up to the immediate supervising manager as needed. Other duties as assigned by supervision.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires strong technical aptitude in programming Strong problem solving skills Strong attention to detail Strong general market research knowledge A minimum of a Bachelor?s degree preferred 3 or more year?s data processing experience. Advanced data processing program knowledge (Quantum) Knowledge of Unix, Microsoft Office, VAX a plus.
