JOB SUMMARY


Leads and manages selected company/franchise Regional Marketing Managers and seasonal marketing contractors. Also develops, oversees and manages local marketing plans and programs for their own assigned division.


Minimum Requirements


Education


Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.


Experience
Eight years experience in Marketing or agency experience in a fast-paced environment
Negotiation, facilitation, and evaluation of radio, print, and outdoor ad campaigns.
Effective budget management and business case development skills.
Effective short and long-term project management skills, specifically relating to local marketing.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications skills and proven ability to deal with all levels of field management successfully.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master?s Degree in Business Administration
Five years Experience working on local marketing efforts.
Bilingual?Spanish
Staff management experience or equivalent supervisory project management experience in a fast paced agency or corporate environment.
Technical skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, and Excel applications. Familiarity with internet and Outlook.
Management
Past experience in managing small teams of marketing professionals.
