The senior enterprise applications analyst provides technical and functional support for Changepoint (PSA) within Organic. This includes implementing, designing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and customizing the system. This individual possesses strong application, database and system administration skills in addition to excellent communication and programming skills. The role involves performing upgrades, applying patches, setting up database backups, troubleshooting and configuring the system; serves as the primary technical contact with Changepoint/Compuware on support issues and custom work.
The position requires providing frequent end user support as well as proactively finding software solutions to streamline business processes. The senior enterprise applications analyst may be responsible for project managing implementation of other software products, working with a team of stakeholders.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
6+ years experience in application development and maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with users at all levels.
Project planning skills, including the ability to accurately scope, plan, and report status on large projects.
Write technical and functional documentation and specifications.
Thorough understanding of Professional Services concepts; Past experience in professional services business environments a plus.
Professional Services Automation Experience: Technical and functional knowledge of Changepoint (or similar systems such as Primavera or Evolve Servicesphere) Resource management, billing, time and expense automation and reporting functions including database administration, system configuration and maintenance.
Database administration experience with SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, including performing backups and recovery, creating new databases, and performance tuning.
Extensive report writing experience using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services, Analysis Services, and Integration Services.
System Administration experience with Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000 and Red Hat Linux.
Develop interfaces to and from various enterprise and third party systems.
