The Brand Buzz Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading all day-to-day management of a client business at the agency.  The Sr. Manager actively leads the development of relevant, original and impactful program ideas and executions for clients.  Adds tangible value to the client?s business and the agency?s profitability through insightful thinking. 

 

The Sr. Manager is a team leader fostering a positive relationship with clients, third parties and internal constituents - Effectively motivates and directs the fully integrated team toward successful accomplishment of its short and long term objectives. 

 

o  Contributes to developing well-grounded, innovative strategies to solve the client?s communications needs and to maximize marketplace opportunities.

o  Leads creation and implementation of relevant, original and impactful ideas for clients. 

o  Ensures programs achieve objectives and that the agency delivers program implementation/execution and breakthrough results, through creative problem solving and creative thinking. 

o  Oversees production, budget, day-to-day status and creative development.

o  Leads in the authoring and presentation of creative briefs, strategic directions and agency POVs to the clients and internal creative team. 

o  Motivates and inspires others to generate innovative ideas. 

o  Merchandises the agency?s resources with the client counterparts and internal team.  Represents the agency to both internal and external audiences.

 

 

Requirements

o  B/S, B/A degree with Advertising, Marketing, or Business discipline is preferred.

o  5-7 years experience in cross disciplined marketing environment

o  Is innovative in his/her thinking.  Demonstrates a willingness to take calculated risks.

o  Demonstrates understanding and thorough knowledge of the various 360 marketing disciplines. 

o  Experience interacting with planners, creative teams and production is preferred.

o  Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit, is proactive and highly motivated, takes initiative.

o  Actively adapts to the changing environment.

o  Flexible, learns to juggle and multi-task, earns the trust, confidence and respect of co-workers.

o  Demonstrates willingness to exceed the team?s expectations by going above and beyond the call of duty to help the team accomplish a given task.

o  Must have highly effective organizational and planning skills.

o  Must have effective oral and written communication skills.

o  Strong PC experience is required.
