Senior Marketing Analyst, Offers & Testing - Victoria's Secret Direct - Col
The Senior Marketing Analyst at Victoria's Secret primarily provides support for development and implementation of strategic tests and programs. Position requires cross-functional, inter-company, and vendor communication. Responsibilities include:
- Ensure test and offer objectives are clearly communicated and support business strategies.
- Develop P&L?s for Offer and Test plans to support Product and Client initiatives. Analyze prior test results and current business trends/results to support P&L assumptions.
- Recommend test panel sizes that meet appropriate statistical confidence levels. Includes partnership with cross-functional teams to review projected vs. actual
test panel sizes.
- Review Creative Briefs to ensure all offers and tests are executed with excellence.
- Develop, monitor and report on multi-channel Gift with Purchase & Purchase with Purchase inventory levels. Gain alignment and approval on recommended promotional costs and units needed
to support marketing driven promotional offers.
- Develop reporting to compare test plan projections vs. actual results.
- Develop trend reporting analysis for test assumptions.
- Analyze test results and make recommendations to management.
- Special Projects
B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business, or Marketing
5-7 years business experience
3-5 years analytical experience
Ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional and inter-company peers and vendors
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated analytical capability
Demonstrated communication skills
Demonstrated understanding of test and control design concepts
Knowledge of Direct Mktg business metrics and previous catalogue/web experience preferred
Excellent PC skills (MS Excel & MS Word) and knowledge of SQL and/or SAS a plus
