Job Description
Leads teams to develop and execute Marcom plans, including internal and external communications project components; contributes to plan development
Creates and manages project plans
Supports the national marketing plan by conducting campaign activities and ongoing communications responsibilities associated with the operational and strategic business, revenue goals of internal clients
Develops business case justifications and business metrics to demonstrate value of campaigns
Responsible for creating strategic marketing communications messages via tools and presentations
Coordinates with internal and external vendors and stakeholders to develop project schedules, implement marketing communications plans, and manage distribution; manages these relationships to defined goals
Ensures that product bulletins, newsletters, website content, and related marketing materials are accurate and issued on a timely bases
Responsible for the development and execution of internal communications plans to support market-facing staff
Coaching project team members to foster development
Assists in managing system website content
Serves as senior editor for deliverables
Coordinates with the Marketing Analysis group to obtain results and reports results to the Marketing Communications Manager
Tracks budgetary metrics for projects
Performs other duties as assigned




Essential Skills
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience as noted below (MBA Preferred)
5 to 7 plus years of direct work related experience
Marketing agency experience beneficial
Independent thinking and decision-making abilities
Able to manage relationships at all levels of organizations
Strong written and oral communications skills
Possesses and applies both specific and broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of the field of specialization to the completion of assignments
Coursework in Marketing, Business, Advertising, and/or Journalism
Strong understanding of Federal Reserve Financial Services business lines and strategies at both the District and System level
