Senior Marketing/Graphic Designer  Position Description

This position will play an important role in deliverables and marketing perception of the Fortelligent business model.  Responsibilities include design and layout of diversified company marketing materials and websites as well as client interfacing media. Duties include:

 Develops concept for information structure and presentation by studying product/service content; analyzing user goals and target audience. Organizes information by creating visualizations of content; sequencing and relating elements; applying principles of comprehension, learning, and aesthetics. Maintains production schedule by coordinating requirements among internal support teams. Develop and grow client relationships Communicate the capabilities and value of our services Support client competitive and product level research and analysis and communicate findings Support the detailing of creative requirements Design and develop superior creative solutions from concept through completion Present creative concepts intelligently while generating excitement for proposed solutions Deliver projects on budget, on strategy, on specification, and on time Contribute to industry-leading thought leadership by contributing to innovation and the delivery of forward thinking creative solutions Identify and define design methodologies Provide recommendations for reporting application and system improvements

 Required Background

Expert knowledge of Microsoft desktop technologies including PowerPoint, demonstrated acumen with Business Intelligence Tools (Hyperion, Business Objects or others), desktop layout packages like Adobe, Quark or similar.  Superior people skills, and the ability to ?do whatever it takes to satisfy? a must.  10+ Years working as a designer.

 Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university Five years of related, progressive experience and two years of Web development experience Experience with Microsoft ExcelModerate experience with Crystal Reports, Crystal Enterprise, Oracle PL/SQL, VB/VBA, HTML, XML, and .NET (C#/VB.NET and ASP.NET) Familiar with SQR, PS Query, JavaScript, and VBScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, CGI, ASP, etc. Experience with relational database design and development Marketing strategy experience Project management Outstanding Visual, Written and Oral Communications Creative idea generation, design, and development Ownership and Accountability Setting High Personal Standards Teamwork About Fortelligent
