The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with solid B2B program-level experience, preferably in software or other technology sector. This individual possesses advanced project management, analytical and interpersonal skills.
QualificationsIn-depth understanding of the CRM market, target prospects, available technologies and competitionExperience with target segmentation analysis, budgeting, and building business cases for lead generation initiatives.Thorough understanding of B2B sales cycle to identify opportunities to maximizing lead generation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunities.Articulate a clear market specific value prop and tailor to fit program requirements such as advertising, direct mail, press, white papers and events.Ability to evaluate, analyze, and clearly report on program performance, demonstrating return on program dollars spent, recommending adjustments or changes as needed to optimize results.Understanding of email programs, internet technologies, interactive marketingUnderstanding of print, direct mail, and corresponding success factorsProven experience selecting and working with agencies and freelancersDemonstrated team and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel and to interrelate at senior levelsAbility to consistently produce results on time and within budget
RequirementsSix plus years of proven and measurable experience in developing and coordinating traditional and new media-based B2B marketing programs including online and direct mail campaigns, SEO, webcasts, field seminars/events and other lead generation vehiclesBS in Marketing, Business, or Economics, or comparable education/experience.3+ years B2B direct response marketingStrong background in interactive marketing including SEO/PPCStrong data analysis and project management skillsThe requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
