Senior Media Coordinator/Supervisor

World Marketing Group LLC, established in 2002 as a partnership with Hyundai Motor America and Kia Motors America, is responsible for the media planning and buying activities for the two brands as their in-house media affiliate.

 

Requirements:

Requires 3-6 years of media experience on the agency or client side. Emphasis on automotive experience strongly preferred. Ideal candidate will have strong mathematical and organizational skills, experience in billing for both offline and online media campaigns. This person will act as the primary point of contact for our media agency and operations department regarding billing and payment issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word) and experience in media buying and planning preferred.

 

Responsibilities:Troubleshoot billing and payment issues and resolving them by communicating with the appropriate team member(s). Receive, audit and process all media billing from agency to the client(s) through Microsoft Access. Report year-to-date media expenditures, monthly accruals, and outstanding invoicing to clients. Summarize and communicate monthly billing expenditures by client to Management. Perform quarterly and yearly media billing and fee reconciliations with agency and clients.
