Senior Print Production Manager -- Direct Marketing Agency

RTCRM ( http://www.rtcrm.com), a national relationship marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Senior Print Production Manager to support our diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C and pharma clients in our Washington, DC office.  Our ideal candidate will possess:

 

* 5+ years of direct mail production management experience, with marketing agency experience preferred

* Demonstrated experience with pre-press and on-press quality control

* Lettershop and significant segmentation experience required

* Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage budgets

* Knowledge of direct response marketing desired

* A sense of humor, an eye for detail, the ability remain calm in the midst of chaos

* Passion for delivering great work and meaningful results to our clients
