We currently have an opening for a Senior Production Manager in our Langhorne, Pennsylvania location.

 

Job Description:

The Senior Production Manager will:Execute complex production work ? high-color printing, in-line formats and packaging procurement. Launch and manage complex trigger programs and on-going fulfillment campaignsManage costs to budget, inventory control, and supplier management

 

Duties & Responsibilities:Works with creative staff on direct-mail design and production, assists in the creation of specs, pre-press recommendations and format options Prepares estimates and recommends cost-saving alternativesCreates personalization/lettershop bindery instructionsCreates in-depth fulfillment instructions that include file conventions, frequency, attributes, QC procedures, plus required reporting specific to the campaign.Performs local press-checksFully manage deliverables and project communication to team from print through fulfillment, and lettershop. Identifies cost-savings opportunitiesOccasional travel required

 

Requirements: 5-7 years experience in printing/lettershop/fulfillment or related field requiredMust be able to work independently in a fast-paced agency environmentStrong PC skills, MS Office requiredIn-depth knowledge of postal regulations and postal permit reconciliation
