Senior Project Director

Lightspeed Research is a member of The Kantar Group, the worldwide information and consultancy division of WPP Group plc.  Lightspeed Research specializes in online data collection, operating online panels in North America, Europe and Australia.

 

Qualifications: Ideally, the candidate will have 3+ years of market research experience at an agency and at least one year of online research experience with a research agency  Able to react to change productively and handle multiple tasks concurrently Quality-focused with attention to detail and accuracy Responsive to client requests Adept at using technological resources including Excel, SPSS and aptitude to use web-based survey tools Works well with internal support groups to coordinate project delivery

 

ResponsibilitiesManage and develop staff.Proactively contact clients by phone and email to finalize project specifications, and keep updated throughout research studyCommunicate with Account Director and Director of Research Operations to apprise of study status and any issues that require helpSchedule all internal activities associated with projectsFollow procedures of Lightspeed ResearchIdentify and communicate potential problems to appropriate Lightspeed Research colleagues so they can be resolvedCoordinate and manage all internal activities involved in set-up and implementation of projects from programming, data collection, tabulation, analysis and reportingFollow quality assurance procedures to ensure quality and accuracythroughout all phases of projectsMaintain positive working relationship with other Lightspeed Research colleagues
