Senior Research Analyst – Auto and/or Consumer Electronics

 Job Responsibilites

? Lead multiple custom research projects from start to finish ? includes developing research scope, guiding project team, managing client communications and ensuring timeliness of internal and client deadlines

? Provide client communication, interaction and relationship management

? Oversee quantitative and qualitative analysis/reporting of designated project team

? Apply strategic findings and recommendations to analyst team output

? Draw business conclusions based on analysis and put findings in context of client business processes

? Deliver client reports, including on-site and telephone presentations

? Provide editorial and strategic direction for key client engagements Job Requirements

A suitable candidate must have the following skills and will need to be based in Cincinnati. Please refrain from applying if you do not meet these requirements:

? B.A./B.S. with at least 5 years of professional business experience

? Project and client management experience; this position requires a large amount of direct client contact

? Analytical mindset and experience in analyzing data and uncovering trends and insights

? Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills

? Strong computer skills

A superior candidate may also have some of the following skills:

? Completed MBA

? Solid understanding of the Internet and related research tools such as search engines, online databases, etc.

? Participation in and/or knowledge of Internet discussion forums and communities

? Proactive nature and experience working in a small business environment

? Experience in strategy consulting, market research or marketing

? Expertise and/or relevant work experience in the Automotive or Consumer Electronics industries

? Extensive experience in traditional market research (survey design, focus group moderation, one-on-one interviews, etc.)
