About You
We are currently looking for a Senior Research Manager with experience in qualitative research as well as some experience with quantitative research.

Primary responsibilities:
- Manage in-house usability testing facility
- Lead, design, and manage execution of qualitative research studies, including:
o writing research proposals
o developing and recommending research methodologies
o writing discussion guides
o moderating research sessions
o analyzing the learning, composing reports, and presenting findings
- Managing and training junior staff

Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude
- 5+ years of combined experience in advertising, marketing, web development, or market research
- 2+ years of experience in moderating and applying a broad range of qualitative research methodologies, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, and usability studies (both online and offline)
- The ability to develop and grow relationships internal and external clients
- Excellent verbal, written and group communication skills
- SPSS or SAS experience a plus
- Graduate degree in the social sciences (e.g., sociology, psychology, anthropology, or communication) or related training a plus
