Senior Sales Executive

JOB SUMMARY The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for bringing in new clients to the company. Specifically, this individual manages the sales process from initial client contact through to closing the business. This ranges from smaller opportunities to large, complex and strategic engagements. Also helping to plan and execute the marketing support needed to drive qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES



? Creating and executing a sales plan to achieve company goals and targets

? Identifying sector-specific sales strategy where appropriate and proactively identifying and engaging key target clients

? Client/project qualification and selection with Business Development Team

? Working with creative team on sales materials (credentials presentation, marketing materials, pitch creative, proposal template)

? Tracking/reporting sales and client activity with new business department

? Building relationships with potential clients

? Leading internal team in client pitches and proposal writing

? Representing company at industry events and conferences

? Staying abreast of industry trends and issues

? Adhering to, and promoting adherence to, company policies including prompt completion of time sheets.

? Supporting Business Development by providing evidence of our experience in key areas, including Marketing Collateral, Case Studies, Client References, etc.

? Raising profile of company in target markets to drive incoming leads and support recruitment through direct marketing campaigns, a conference and events programme, workshops and/or any other effective marketing activities that we define from the marketing plans.

? Working with Client Partners to improve perceptions and ensure good word of mouth amongst existing clients and direct sales referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS



? Proven sales track record and documented major achievements

? Excellent presentation and sales skills

? Track record of selling to corporate clients and a board level

? Experience in the interactive agency or similar high-tech field

? Commercially minded with at least five years experience in a client-facing role

●  Degree or equivalent - preferably in a business-oriented subject

●  Post-graduate business or sales qualification

●  Experience and confidence to sell proactively
