Senior Vice President - Consumer Practice Leader

Job Description:
Manning Selvage & Lee seeks a Senior Vice President for its LA Consumer Practice.



As the senior manager of major consumer accounts, the SVP is responsible for demonstrating excellent strategic and analytical skills in the areas of client counseling, account building, integrated marketing communications and new business development.



This position requires someone who has proven ability in maintaining and expanding successful relationships with existing clients and turning new business leads into clients.



The SVP performs with minimal direction, leading all account management functions such as financial management, media relations and events, client plans and presentations, and overall client satisfaction.



The SVP should have the ability to work in a team environment, possess out of the box thinking, demonstrate creativity and act as a mentor to junior staff.



Candidates must have a minimum of 12-15 years experience in consumer public relations at an agency or corporate in-house (experience with consumer accounts a plus) and must have previous experience in a management role. Excellent leadership & supervisory skills and multi-tasking skills are essential to this position.
