Showroom Manager - New York

Paoli Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and career oriented individual to join our team as a Showroom Manager in our New York showroom.  The successful candidate would have strong management experience, preferably in the interior design and/or retail area as well as providing our clients with unsurpassed service, expertise, and convenience throughout the sales and completion process. Responsibilities include: 
Maintains showroom condition including product and design elements.
Applies organizational policies and assures adherence to departmental procedures.
Assists in the coordination of special events in the showroom.
Reports/tracks all showroom meetings, visits, and other traffic.
Give showroom tours daily.
Promotes the showroom through special mailings and events.
Assists customers with initial furniture layouts.
Prefer experience with AutoCAD.
Successful candidate must have strong management experience, preferably in the interior design and/or retail area.
Provide our clients with unsurpassed service, expertise, and convenience throughout the sales and completion process.
Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
