Special Markets Coordinator

Time Life music, videos, DVDs, books and educational materials, is looking for a Special Markets Coordinator for their Fairfax, VA office. 

 

Responsibilities

Customer Service: 
-Primary contact for all customer service related issues
-Troubleshoot and track various requests from clients
-Work with WEA team to process new account set up in a timely manner
-Review and process all purchase orders. Work with accounts to revise incomplete orders
-Process and track all purchase orders to insure requested delivery dates
-Work with accounts and WEA to resolve delivery inquires and mis-shipments
-Work with Production to forecast and maintain proper inventory levels
-Alerte Production to potential large orders for select products or promotions
-Complete individual client required set up sheets and RSP confirmation letters
-Process and fulfill client requests for artwork and A&R
-Process product sample requests approved by VP Sales

 

Sales & Marketing Support:
-Maintain the client/buyer database
-Manage the weekly e-mail blast program (promoting new releases and catalog titles)
-Develop and maintain the active product catalog listing for distribution to clients
-Work with Creative to produce individual product sell sheets
-Work with Creative to produce a SM product catalog (sell sheets in a TL binder)
-Assist in the creation of Sales presentations (new business development)
-Manage and maintain the sample room for the purpose of having product samples on hand
-Manage all promotional mailings of catalogs and special offers to the client database
-Send out marketing kits to prospective clients (usually after VP Sales initiates 1st contact)
-Primary contact for low volume accounts (frees up VP Sales for New Biz Dev prospecting)
-Maintain Marketing library of Sales materials
-Manage all trade show preparations
-Act as backup to VP Sales for all incoming leads when VP Sales is traveling
-Assist with the development of the proposed b2b portion of the timelife.com web site
-Assist the WEA Lifestyle Sales team (samples, sell sheets, product information, etc.)
-Provide clients with information on new releases, pricing, availability, etc.

 

Sales Reports:
-Compile daily sales reports
-Compile weekly Soundscan report
-Generate monthly account specific reports
-Generate regular product line specific reports
-Prepare monthly sales forecast report

 

Qualifications
-Highly organized and detail oriented
-Must be a computer wiz
-Can multitask and handle many projects at once
-Understands customer service protocol (there are do?s and don?t involved)
-Projects a great impression over the phone (must be friendly and positive)
-Has a ?can do? attitude and will never let the customer down
-Wants Time Life to be known as having the best customer service in the industry
