Specialist, Content Programming

Focus of this roll will be on day to day operational support for a variety of Content Services offered by T-Mobile. This includes managing content specification documentation, plus outward facing interaction with T-Mobile vendors and content partners on content delivery and scoping

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end evaluation of third-party service requests
Support and emphasize responsible market growth. Must have an ability to balance the needs of partners to build business with T-Mobile's need to ensure that customers have a positive experience with products.
Keep up-to-date on the messaging space and general mobile content trends and developments. Evaluate this information and use it to add value to the business.
Manage all mobile content specification documents, updating as necessary for new handsets and products. Distribute specs to internal and external partners.
Generate reports from online tools as requested.
Cross-train on Web-based tools used by other team members in order to provide backup support.
Provide general operational support to other team members as needed.

Functional/Technical Skills

2-3 years experience in an online, wireless, or other fast-paced media company required.
Previous experience with Web-based production or programming tools and Internet research strong plus
Proven experience working in a dynamic environment, with an ability to quickly adjust to industry and company changes

Experience

Experience in technology, preferably in wireless telecommunications
Operations process improvement experience (preferred)
Ability to resolve complex issues and problems at both a commercial and operational level
Strong organizational, project management, and verbal communication skills
At least a basic understanding/knowledge of digital audio and image formats. Wireless content experience is a big plus.
Experience using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel (intermediate skills required).
