Specialist, Email Operations

Works with various Marketing teams, IT, Revenue Management, Finance, and the Global Business Group to help develop strategies that increase sales and profits in all online channels, including email
Assist in managing all facets of our email marketing activities, such as campaign execution activities, reporting and analytical support and monitoring email costs on a monthly basis
Oversees the prompt delivery of email audience files to our email vendor for processing, and incorporation in to email marketing campaigns
Manages the development and continuous enhancement of all triggered email marketing campaigns including our pre-travel, post-travel, and other standard and consistent member email campaigns
Maintain campaign calendar to ensure external vendor and all appropriate members of the North American marketing team are aware of updates and changes to the campaign schedule


3+ years business experience following BA/BS degree
1-2 years online marketing or e-commerce experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills are required.
Aggressive, “can-do” personality with the ability to offer flexible and resourceful solutions to problems. Must be able to manage a campaign timeline effectively.
The ability to explain marketing, technical and/or e-commerce concepts to audiences within all levels of an organization.
Basic understanding of the Internet, and experience working with systems and technology that supports RCI’s e-commerce platforms including:
Email marketing interfaces
Web analytics platforms
Content management systems
Ad servers
Online research systems
