 Essential Job Functions

 

Participate on direction and manage execution of all acquisition, x-sell and retention focused campaigns for Business Banking.  Provide a consistent trackable infrastructure to allow the team members to understand results and to adjust strategies appropriately.  This person provides a testing environment that allows us to test product and price variations and sub-population performance (response, activation, usage delinquency revenue, profit, etc.)  Understand various analytic tools including data types and sources, scores, modeling techniques and reporting template.  Improve the team's and Business Banking's understanding of the client and prospect populations.  Manages channel coordination of all Direct Marketing campaigns executed for Business Banking.

 Required Skills Outstanding project management skills with strong attention to detail.  Understanding of data and data analysis.  Capacity to understand the results of statistical models.  Understanding of direct marketing process demonstrated by direct marketing experience.  Ability to communicate (written and verbal).  Skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SQL, SAS, MAX and AOM.  Organize and maintain documentation used during the Affinium Campaign implementation.  Develop all approved and requested campaigns using Affinium Campaign.  Make suggestions regarding development roles/assignments to Direct Marketing Manager.  Obtains assistance from the DM Technical Specialist to ensure campaigns are optimized with Affinium Campaign.  Reports issues with Affinium Campaign to DM Technical Specilaist for tracking, follow-up and resolution by Unica.  Must be proactive and contributing member to the team.
