Sr. Account Executive

Moroch Latino, a national advertising agency specialized in the Latino market, is seeking a Senior Account Executive in either Dallas or Houston with an entrepreneurial and strategic spirit to lead daily management of national accounts and participate in new business as needed. Candidate must have solid experience and thorough understanding of the US Hispanic market and culture. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Candidates must have hands on account management experience working with Media, Creative and Production.

 

Primary duties for the Sr AE including working with account supervisor to execute market strategies, promotions, plans & being the primary contact and handling the execution of Hispanic initiatives for Houston and other markets in the Houston region. This involves assisting in planning process, development of new ideas and tactics to attract Hispanics to McDonald?s. The Sr AE will work with their supervisor to execute public relations programs, translate/write Spanish Manager Guide Shells,  in add'n to the translation of non-creative copy for field (product DJ copy points, flyers, etc.) & maintaining a visible presence with the client(s).

 

Add'l duties include coordinating Moroch Latino's led Hispanic projects (manage calendar, research, ppt.); supporting national projects; leading research efforts & participating in brainstorming sessions for activation ideas and Hispanic opportunities.
