We are seeking a Senior Creative Manager, responsible for leading the development of strategic brand campaigns and marketing materials that achieve financial objectives and consistent high standards of excellence in creative presentation for assigned businesses. The Senior Creative Manager oversees the creative processes to execute the brand vision, i.e., directing the brand voice and marketing materials to be consistent with the brand's values and aesthetic. This person leads creative teams (art, copy, photography and production) to ensure excellent visual/verbal integration and consistent message delivery across brands and mediums and to ensure all materials are executed on time and on budget.

The Senior Creative Manager develops strong partnerships with Marketing, Brand, Editorial and Product Development to gain understanding and insight into strategic issues, business opportunities and new products as they are being developed to ensure development of successful creative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining a smooth creative work process, developing creative plans and positioning that are strategically sound, developing a strong client service orientation, setting and controlling costs and mentoring staff (copywriters and a copy editor).

Requirements Include:
- A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, English, design or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid understanding of marketing.
- 5+ years of relevant creative and management experience (10+ years preferred); prefer premium and/or children's brands.
- Previous experience in managing creative process and/or creative people
