Sr. Manager, Analyst Relations - US Lead

Position: Senior Manager –Analyst Relations US Lead
Location: McLean, VA (Tyson's)

The Analyst Relations Senior Manager will have responsibility for managing BearingPoint’s day-to-day relationships with US industry analysts, reporting to the Managing Director of Investor and Analyst Relations. The AR Senior Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the analyst community. This role requires overseeing team of 2 professionals and executing a strategic plan for fostering strong relationships with analysts. The candidate will need to work closely with members of BearingPoint’s senior management, and marketing teams to inform and influence industry analysts. The role requires cross company collaboration and will necessitate both strategic leadership and practical execution.

Job Functions:
·Work closely with MD to develop and execute a strategic plan for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with IT analysts who influence buying decisions
·Serve as primary contact for US analysts, supporting their individual needs
·Understand current analyst attitudes and opportunities to strengthen opinions and leverage support
·Set direction and oversee team of two professionals
·Set measurable program goals, analyze and report on progress
·Engage and develop analyst champions within BearingPoint’s leadership to support AR efforts
·Establish and coordinate regular analyst briefings including presentation development, hosting and follow-up.
·Develop and refine analyst-oriented messaging for our solutions
·Monitor and analyze relevant industry research reports for industry trends, market sizing and competitive intelligence, keeping management, marketing and management informed
·Responsibility for managing US AR budget

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years Analyst Relations expertise, knowledge of the IT Services industry, its analysts, and experience developing and executing strategic communications programs.
• Previous experience developing and executing strategic plans while contributing and operating in a fast-paced environment.

·Ability to demonstrate understanding of our industry and competitive dynamics
·Proven ability to build long term relationships with top analysts and research firms
·Requires excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills
·Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance; and the flexibility to support a wide variety of internal clients
