Sr. Manager, Portfolio - Near Prime Marketing

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager level candidate for our Portfolio Marketing group in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position will be responsible for driving strategies to optimize profitability of the near prime portfolio, including portfolio segmentation, portfolio pricing strategies, activation and usage programs, cash and check programs and branding strategies. The incumbent will work closely with other areas of the organization to create profitable strategies, including Finance, Risk, Enhancement Services, Originations and other HSBC groups.

Job Experience:
Qualified candidates will possess the following characteristics:


A four-year degree, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred

5 or more years of marketing experience with a proven track record

Strong analytical capabilities, with prior P&L responsibility

Prior experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred

Strong team player that works well in a cross-functional environment

Strong oral and written communication skills
