Sr. Marketing Analyst, Marketing Communications

Porsche Financial Services, Inc. located in Lisle, IL has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Communications. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY (IES)

 

The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Communications will work closely with the PFS National Marketing Manager and Director, Marketing & Sales to support the overall PFS marketing strategy.  Primary responsibilities will include assisting in annual marketing planning and implementation, the development and maintenance of various marketing communications, coordination of communication efforts with other PFS departments, PFS D, PCNA, and PAG.  Additionally, the Sr. Analyst, Marketing Communications should ensure communications accurately reflect the Porsche brand and corporate identity guidelines.

 

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES

 Assists in the development, coordination, and implementation of PFS marketing strategy, including integration with other PFS, PCNA, and PAG departments.Contributes to the development and implementation of marketing's annual and mid-term business plans.Develops and manages the production (including development of creative briefs, copy, proofs, keylines, and productions estimates) of PFS marketing POS materials (brochures, etc.).  Works with agency, legal, PCNA, and other appropriate parities in the process.Produces monthly dealer marketing communications (fusion, synergy, etc.), including copy development and coordinates content with appropriate departments.Develops PFS content and new tools for Porsche.com and performs required maintenance of payment estimators. Develops PFS content and new tools for PVA and performs required maintenance of payment estimators. Produces Dealer Program Communications (Program and Remarketing Bulletins, Flash Faxes, etc.) and directs their distribution.Creates and maintains content for the Dealer Program Guidebook and manages its production.Coordinates PFS inclusions in PCNA marketing communications.  Prepares required content.Constructs strategies the leverage PFS inclusion in PDMS.  Coordinates with PCNA PDMS activities.  Provides cross-functional support to content development for the PFS Intranet.Manages process for inclusion of Porsche Group content within PFS communication platforms.Develop and maintain PFS branding within dealerships.Assist with marketing and special projects as required. Performs other duties as required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelors degree in marketing or related field required (MBA preferred)7+ years marketing experience preferred with 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.Captive auto finance experience beneficial.Proven project and budget management experience.Knowledge of print and collateral production processes for effective interaction with agency and production vendors.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Creative and analytical thinking skills with the ability support strategic development.Strong attention to detail.Computer proficient (Excel, Lotus, Word, PowerPoint, Access).Proven initiative and creativity.Commitment to excellence ? quality driven.In-depth Porsche knowledge

 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

Minimum field travel of 25% required.
