Sr Online Program Specialist

Job Description: General Description: This person will be responsible for managing the global strategy and growth of the Symantec Affiliate Program with their primary focus being to meet or exceed sales objectives. This position works closely with overseas regional teams to support international efforts, as well as with an external agency.

Major Responsibilities:
- Manage global strategy and implementation of the Symantec Affiliate Program
- Drive revenue growth through the Affiliate program to meet or exceed sales objectives
- Ensure that all content associated with the Affiliate program is accurate, up-to-date, and meets internal branding and legal requirements
- Build relationships with affiliates to drive growth in North America
- Work closely with and support international teams to support global growth of affiliate programs
- Generate and distribute reports and assist in analysis of affiliate program metrics
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with other Symantec programs
- Assist in management and implementation of storefront initiatives as needed
- Assist in the research, evaluation and analysis of programs and e-commerce marketing opportunities
- Utilize online tools to as required to perform job functions: DRCC, ECM and other Online Tools

Job Education:
BA in Business/Marketing or equivalent

Job Experience:
-4-6 years online/web experience
- Experience managing multiple outside resources including creative and email marketing agencies.
- 2-3 years of ECommerce marketing expertise including branding, one-to-one marketing, online advertising, and strategic analysis
- Excellent understanding of online marketing technology and resources
- Basic knowledge of web design tools (Macromedia Dreamweaver, and Adobe Photoshop)

Leadership/Supervision:
The person in this position will be expected to:
- Lead projects from beginning to end
- Coordinate activities with multiple internal and external parties including vendors, other Symantec departments and eCommerce Service Provider team
