Sr. Pricing Analyst

As a Sr. Pricing Analyst, you will interpret and integrate data to resolve complex problems in the development and implementation of comprehensive and commercially superior pricing and contracting strategies. You will complete the appropriate presentation to the brand teams. You will integrate and interpret data for the development and implementation of the Pricing and Contracting launch strategy for Phase I and Phase II products. You will develop, maintain, and continuously improve the monitoring of Medicare Part B and Part D initiatives, and will make expert use of a range of complex data sets in the development of pricing and contracting strategies for Medicate. You will lead the utilization of systems in support of Medicare, Medicaid, and contracting initiatives. You will act as an internal consultant for all Pricing and Contracting Reporting systems. You will ensure that Pricing Analyst and Associate are fully trained on systems, and are capable of backfilling any needs that may arise.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Healthcare administration. A Master's degree is preferred. The following are skills/abilities that are required for the job: Demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies; Experience in Contracting preferred; Demonstrated project management skills; Demonstrated experience in interpreting business information into actionable insights, guidance for business decision-making; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team; able to interact with all levels of an organization. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience (e.g., successful analytical experience in business planning, finance or strategic planning) required. Experience with Access is desirable. Incumbent should be totally proficient in the following information systems and tools: Excel, SAP, SMART, PowerPoint, and Word.
