We need a talented individual to fill the role of Senior Product Manager.

The Senior Product Manager will lead the product management efforts for our mortgage application products. Rather than a classic hands-off product management position, this role is a hybrid blend of hands-on product management, project management, and new product requirements development. In this challenging role, the Senior Product Manager will design all product features and requirements for the products. They will participate and often lead a cross-functional team that will help translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
? Make recommendations regarding the overall plan of product development and/or enhancement, management and implementation of the products.
? Develop an annual product plan, in conjunction with department head, for assigned product in support of business channel goals.
? Solicit and coordinate the involvement of the Marketing Department in the development of the annual product plan as well as the execution of the specific efforts that relate to the Marketing Department?s involvement with this product plan throughout the year.
? Manage the research and analysis of problems with, and enhancements to, existing products, pricing, promotion/positioning, channel of distribution and/or procedures that will increase sales, as well as requirements for changes to the products.
? Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs, industry competition, market share, market conditions, feedback from field salespeople, operational, legal compliance, requirements, opportunities and/or constraints
? Ability to translate strategy into tactics and drive to execution
? Monitors Product lifecycle through close interaction with IT and the Business
? Regularly communicate Product status with Business Sponsors
? Lead and mentor other Product Managers.

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or a related discipline is required. Must have 3 ? 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis and Development, with 1 ? 2 years of Business Analysis and Project Management, and 1 ? 2 years Mortgage Industry Experience.
